Finding the right therapist—someone you feel comfortable with and connected to—can feel challenging. My hope is that this website gives you a better idea of who I am and helps you decide if I might be a good fit for you.
My own life experiences have shown me the power of talking through thoughts, challenges, and goals with another person. Having a supportive space to process what you're going through can offer a new perspective, clarity, and meaningful healing.
How I Show Up as a Therapist
I bring a genuine, nonjudgmental, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. I value conversations that feel natural and comfortable, where you can be yourself and speak openly about what you're experiencing. Laughter can be a bonus as well!
Working Together
I especially enjoy working with clients who are ready to grow and create meaningful change in their lives—people who are willing to be open, curious, and engaged in the process. Vulnerability can feel intimidating at first, but you won’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
