Session Rates and Insurance
I get it- therapy can be a significant investment of your energy, time, and resources. I value your commitment to getting the support you deserve.
In order to keep my caseload small, I do not accept insurance, however, I will provide you with a super bill upon your request. You can submit the bill to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Session fee: Sessions run from 45-50 minutes. I offer a sliding scale fee depending on combined household income:

Combined household income < 100,000 is $120/session

Combined household income >100,000 is $140/session
Payment is due at the time of services. All fees are collected via Therapy Notes, an online portal you will have access to upon becoming a client.
Good Faith Estimate
As of January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to provide estimates for the costs of your care. The Good Faith Estimate shows the cost of items and services that are reasonably expected for your healthcare needs and treatment. This Good Faith Estimate does not include unexpected costs that could arise during treatment.
