Investment in Therapy
I understand that beginning therapy is an investment of your time, energy, and financial resources. I deeply value the trust and commitment it takes to prioritize your mental health and seek support.
To keep my caseload small and provide thoughtful, individualized care, I do not accept insurance. I’m happy to provide a superbill if requested, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Session fee: Sessions run from 45-50 minutes. I offer a sliding scale fee depending on combined household income:
-
Combined household income under $100,000: $120 per session
-
Combined household income over $100,000: $140 per session
Payment is due at the time of services. All fees are collected via Therapy Notes, an online portal you will have access to upon becoming a client.

Good Faith Estimate
As of January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to provide estimates for the costs of your care. The Good Faith Estimate shows the cost of items and services that are reasonably expected for your healthcare needs and treatment. This Good Faith Estimate does not include unexpected costs that could arise during treatment.
I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate upon request. For more information visit:
